Stockley Park, west of London, is the home of Gilead's International Headquarters, which was established in 2005. The office provides centralized support for most of Gilead's operations outside the United States and Canada.
These functions are part of the team: General Management, Commercial Strategy, Medical Affairs, International Regulatory Affairs, Government & Public Affairs, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, IT and Facilities. We specialize in four critical areas of treatment - HIV/AIDS, liver disease, respiratory and antifungal - and are dedicated to helping patients facing life-threatening diseases.
