Community Grants Program
The Gilead Australia Community Grants Program funds innovative projects led by patient and community not-for-profit organisations, aimed at improving health access, eliminating barriers to healthcare, advancing education and/or supporting local communities in Australia, with a focus on one of the disease areas below:
- People at risk of, or living with, HIV
- Liver diseases including viral hepatitis
- Metastatic breast cancer
- Blood cancer
Formal notifications of all funding decisions are sent in writing by email to the contact listed on the grant account profile.
Ad-hoc funding requests outside of the Community Grants program may sometimes be considered but this is not guaranteed. The typical grant review timeline is 6-8 weeks.
