Gilead COMPASS Initiative: $100M to combat HIV/AIDS in the Southern U.S.

Ending the HIV epidemic will take more than just scientific advances. We’re working with our community partners to help address racism, stigma, homophobia and transphobia, particularly in communities disproportionately impacted by HIV.
