Gilead reserves all rights relating to our social media accounts and may in its sole discretion add, remove, or modify any content or material posted on the account, discontinue the account, accept or reject those who may wish to follow the account, and respond to any questions or comments addressed to the account.

As a biopharmaceutical company, we are unable to comment on or advise individual patients about their medical condition and treatment. It is very important that patients are advised by a health professional who knows their medical and treatment history.

Gilead does not view social media platforms as forums for product inquiries. For product information, please refer to our medical information website, or call 1-866-MEDI-GSI (1-866-633-4474). If your inquiry is of an urgent nature, please call 1-800-GILEAD-5 to speak with the appropriate Gilead representative.  

Suspected Adverse Events
Patient safety is of utmost importance to Gilead and we take all information related to our medicines seriously. We have a legal and ethical duty to follow up on any reports of adverse events associated with our medicines, which in turn assists us with the monitoring of their safety profiles. Healthcare professionals and patients may request specific product information or report an adverse event or product complaint with one of Gilead's marketed and investigational products from our Medical Information department.
