Domestic and International Recruitment & Career Development

International and local GLOBE Chapters are actively advancing talent acquisition and career growth across the organization. Through participation in career fairs, networking events and workshops, chapters have recruited emerging talent and supported them in navigating their professional journeys. In addition, chapters have established and sustained coaching and mentoring programs designed to empower all employees and foster long-term career development within the organization. 

Giving Back to the Community

Every year, our employee resource groups select nonprofit organizations to support with a 2:1 matching campaign as part of our corporate Giving Together program. Recent beneficiaries have focused on Black wellness, college counseling, menstrual education and cultural change.

Juneteenth Celebration

Juneteenth is one of GLOBE’s largest events of the year. Gilead and Kite sites across the U.S. honor the national holiday with inspiring speakers and musical performances celebrating African American culture and heritage. GLOBE’s Juneteenth celebration of growth, empowerment and cultural pride brings together allies across the organization to highlight the achievements of our Black community and ways in which we can support one another.
